Support you can wear all day, under trousers, without thinking about it.

Firmest at the joint — graduated knit puts the pressure where the pain is, not evenly across the leg

Thin under clothing — 2.4 mm at the thigh, it disappears under a trouser leg

Stays put — silicone band at the top, tested over an eight-hour day

Breathes — nylon-elastane knit, open weave behind the knee

Machine washable — thirty degrees, air dry, keeps its compression through 60 washes

Order before 6pm and it is packed tomorrow morning, dispatched the same day.

Why this one

Built from the joint outward.

01

Graduated compression

Compression is not one number. This sleeve is knitted at three densities — firmest at the joint line, easing above and below it, so the knee is held without the calf being squeezed.

01 18–22 mmHg at the joint
02 12–15 mmHg above and below
03 No tourniquet effect at the top band

02

2.4 millimetres

The whole point of a daily sleeve is that you forget it. Ours is knitted thin enough to wear under a suit trouser without a visible line, and flat-seamed so nothing catches.

03

Silicone that holds

A 22 mm silicone band at the top, printed in a wave rather than a solid ring. It grips without pinching, and it does not roll down over a working day.

04

Sixty washes

Elastane fails before the knit does. We specify a higher-grade yarn than the category standard and test to sixty machine washes at thirty degrees, measuring compression loss at each ten.

The difference

What a properly made sleeve does that a generic one does not.

Feature EL Resheh Others
Graduated compression, three zones
Under 3 mm at the thigh
Silicone band that does not roll
Sized to leg circumference, not shoe size
Compression tested to 60 washes
Left and right, four sizes each

FAQs

Can I wear it all day?

Yes — it is specified for eight to ten hours of daily wear. For overnight use we would point you to the Nightform range instead, which is cut looser.

Will it help after surgery?

For the first six weeks after a ligament repair, ask for the Hinged Knee Brace instead. This sleeve is for maintenance and daily support, not immobilisation.

How do I choose a size?

Measure around the leg 15 cm above the kneecap, standing. If you fall between two sizes, take the smaller one — the knit relaxes about 4% in the first week.

Does it fit under trousers?

At 2.4 mm it fits under everything except a very slim cut. Several customers wear it under suit trousers daily.

What is the return policy?

Thirty days, worn or unworn. If the size is wrong we exchange it and cover the courier both ways within Cairo and Giza.
